Welcome to the Empire Intermodal website, specifically the “Join Our Fleet” section. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of this section of our website. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our fleet program. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement.
3. Use License
- Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Empire Intermodal’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
- This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials;

5. Responsibilities of Fleet Members
- As a fleet member, you are expected to adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while operating under the Empire Intermodal banner.
- You agree to maintain your vehicle in accordance with industry safety standards and environmental regulations
6. Intellectual Property
- The content, layout, design, data, databases, and graphics on this website are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by Empire Intermodal or its licensors. Unless expressly permitted in writing, you shall not copy, distribute, make available to the public, or create derivative works from any content.
7. Disclaimers
- The materials on Empire Intermodal’s website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. Empire Intermodal makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
